ACCREDITATIONS / AFFILIATIONS
According to the United States Department of Education (DoEd), the federal government does not accredit educational institutions and/or programs of any kind. As the United States does not have a centralized authority to accredit and regulate educational providers, school accreditation in this country is an entirely voluntary process, and conferred upon by private, non-profit, independent, non-governmental organizations (NGOs). No accreditation authority exists at the federal, state and local levels of government.
Yamuni Institute of Healing Arts was established under the World Health Organization (W.H.O.) Declaration of Alma-Ata, USSR September 1978 to advocate and facilitate by learning, qualification, certification and degree status in Natural Medicines and Bionutrition worldwide by affiliate Universities, Hospitals, Research Centers, Professional Organizations and Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) Consortium.
